Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service apply to your use of the SignTheDoc mobile applications and any SMS or push notifications we send. They supplement, and are in addition to, our general Terms of Service.
1. Mobile application license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the SignTheDoc mobile app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use and subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules.
2. SMS & messaging consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive account, signing, and reminder text messages from SignTheDoc. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your signing activity.
3. Opting out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirming message and then stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP or email support@signthedoc.com.
4. Supported carriers & devices
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The app requires a supported device and a current operating-system version to function correctly.
5. Push notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications about documents awaiting your signature and completed agreements. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
6. Location & device data
The mobile app may collect device identifiers and, with your permission, approximate location to secure your account and generate accurate audit trails. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
7. Updates
We may release updates to the mobile app and may require you to install them to keep using the service. These Mobile Terms may change; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
