Mobile Terms of Service
Last updated August 5, 2026
These Mobile Terms of Service apply to your use of the SignTheDoc mobile applications and any SMS or push notifications we send. They supplement our general Terms of Service.
Program Description
SignTheDoc Alerts is a marketing program. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages about SignTheDoc products, features, and offers. You opt in by completing a form on our website and checking the SMS consent box. This program does not send transactional or account-related messages.
1. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you provide your express written consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from SignTheDoc, Inc. at the number provided. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. User Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to (877) 619-7235 or to any message you receive from the Program. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. Other recognized opt-out commands include QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOP ALL.
3. Help and Support
For assistance, reply HELP to (877) 619-7235, email support@signthedoc.com, or call (877) 619-7235.
4. Privacy and Data Sharing
The information you provide is used solely to send SMS messages related to your use of the service. We may disclose your information only to comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, or protect our interests as required by law.
5. Supported Carriers
SignTheDoc Alerts supports a variety of mobile carriers in the U.S., including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and many regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery depends on the network service of your wireless provider. We are not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in message delivery.
7. Push Notifications and Device Data
With your permission, we may send push notifications about documents awaiting your signature and completed agreements, and the mobile app may collect device identifiers and, with your permission, approximate location to secure your account and generate accurate audit trails. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Mobile Terms, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration in Wyoming before a single arbitrator, who will apply Wyoming’s substantive law.
