Signature and deposit in the same moment
Capture a card or bank payment as part of the signing flow, so the agreement and the money happen together rather than as two processes you have to chase and reconcile separately.
The gap between "contract signed" and "deposit received" is where a surprising amount of revenue leaks. The client agreed, the document is executed, and then payment becomes a separate follow-up that someone has to remember.
Collecting at signing closes that gap. The signer is already committed and already in a flow — asking for payment at that moment converts far better than an invoice sent two days later.
Step by step
- 1
Add a payment step to the document
Set a fixed amount, or map it to a field so the payment matches what was agreed in the contract itself. A deposit calculated from a fee field cannot disagree with the fee.
- 2
The signer pays in the same flow
Card or bank payment collected inline after the signature and before completion. No redirect to a separate invoice, no second link, no waiting.
- 3
Payment is recorded with the signature
The payment reference appears in the audit trail alongside the signing events, so the executed document and the transaction are a single evidenced record rather than two systems you reconcile.
- 4
Funds settle to your processor
Payments route through your own Stripe account. We do not hold funds, take a cut of the transaction, or sit between you and your money.
