Upload a CSV where each row is a recipient
Map columns to fields once — name, employee number, department, start date, whatever your document needs. Prefilled fields can be locked or editable: locked for an employee ID, editable for a mailing address the signer may need to correct.

Preview real documents before sending
The preview step renders three actual documents from your CSV — first row, last row, and a random middle row. Most mapping mistakes are obvious the moment you see them on a real page.

Generation runs in the background
A fifty-thousand-recipient batch is queued and typically generates within a few minutes. Email delivery is deliberately paced to protect sender reputation — blasting fifty thousand messages in ten seconds is an excellent way to land in spam folders.

Track by state, not by row
The batch view groups by sent, viewed, in progress, completed, bounced, and declined. Bounced addresses are separated immediately rather than counted as pending, because forty people who never received the email is a very different problem from forty who are ignoring you.
